Jeremy Dobrish


Jeremy wrote the original stage adaptation for Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, and Clifford The Big Red Dog for Mills Entertainment. His adaptation of Curious George, and his productions of The Teacher from the Black Lagoon, Virtually Me and Paul Revere tour the country with Theatreworks USA. He is a seven-time published playwright, and has directed across the country at some of the top regional theatres, as well as all over NYC where his productions have received several Lortel and Drama Desk nominations, He founded adobe theatre company, and is the co-founder of Midtown Direct Rep, in Maplewood, NJ. He has taught theatre at several schools including NYU, and is a Creative Director with Proscenium.

Voodoo Highway Music & Post

(Music Composer)

A full-service audio post-production house, composing music and designing audio for animation, films, video games, advertising, and a number of live-action television series for some of North America’s largest networks. Founded in 1999, Voodoo Highway Music & Post is a collective of composers based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with additional studios in Seattle, Washington and Hollywood, California. The writing team consists of Gemini-nominated composers, Brian Pickett, Graeme Cornies, David Kelly, and James Chapple. What began as strictly a music-house, eventually expanded to include a whole team of audio-post professionals.

Designing, building, performing, directing, and teaching puppetry since 2008.

Recent Projects: The Little Mermaid (MUNY), The San Diego Zoo’s Centennial Celebration, The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show (AUS, NYC, UK) The King and I and The Wiz (Maltz Jupiter Theater), and Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief (TWUSA). PKP also has workshops for the public, and creates original programming for all ages.

Select Film Credits: Fabricated costumes, puppets, and props for Warner Brothers, Columbia Pictures, Universal Studios, Dreamworks SKG, Greg Stump Films, Heaven with Diane Keaton, the kangaroo in Big Daddy co-starring Adam Sandler.

Television: “Moonman” costume rocked the white carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards Show, Comedy Central, The View, Nickelodeon, HBO, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, SONY Music, Celebrity Apprentice, and MTV’s Wonder Showzen.

Stage: Geppetto is endlessly thankful to Gregg Barnes, Tony Award Winning Costume Designer, for pulling them in on several projects including touring productions of Dora the Explorer and Mattel’s Barbie Fairytopia. 

Geppetto’s highly skilled artisans crafted many costumes for Pokémon Live, Beauty and The Beast (Baci Entertainment), Nickelodeon/Broadway Across America’s Storytime Live!, Cirque du Soleil’s Zarkana and Broadway’s Porgy and Bess. 

Jim Sandefur

(Scenic Designer)

Primarily known for his scenic design for the landmark ’87 Broadway production of August Wilson’s FENCES for which he received the American Theater Wing Heyes Award for Excellence in Design, Jim prefers working in the many regional theater “families” across the country. Highlights of those regional productions include: Citizen Thom Paine at the Kennedy Center Theater, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom at the Missouri Rep, Two Trains Running at the Pittsburgh Public Theater, and the American premier of Rough Crossings at the New Theater of Brooklyn.

After a 20 year hiatus while using his skills designing corporate showrooms and special events for Barbie and other toy favorites at Mattel Toys, Jim is back at work in the theater once more, reestablishing his long time association with The
Weston Playhouse Theater Company Vermont where he recently designed productions of Bad Dates, A Chorus Line, and Man of La Mancha.

Having recently moved back to his home town of St. Louis, Jim has most recently been working with St. Louis STAGES where he designed Alice in Wonderland for the their Theater for Young Audiences and the Gateway Men’s Chorus of St. Louis for which he has been assisting with the visual aspects of their concert seasons.

Mr. Sandefur is a graduate of the SMU and Yale School of Drama design programs.

David Miller

(Original Scenic Designer)

John E. D. Bass

(Lighting Designer)

Toured as a lighting designer and stage manager with Diavolo Architecture in Motion and most recently for Mills Entertainment with Youtube’s Lilly Singh’s A Trip to Unicorn Island. Previous national tours designs include Peter Pan and Camelot for McCoy Rigby Entertainment as Tom Ruzika’s associate.  Past design highlights include The Soze Project at the The Apollo NYC and Azure – an underwater fantasy show at the Silverton Las Vegas.  Architectural credits include design team for the Eastern Columbia building in downtown Los Angeles and Spring, a Claes Oldenburg sculpture in Seoul, Korea.  John is a graduate of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television.

Daniel Lundberg

(Sound Designer)

Design Credits: Fireface (The Brick), Freaks: A Legend About Growing Up (FringeNYC), and The Ballad of Beckett Kruszynski (Kraine Theatre).

Assistant Design Credits: Amazing Grace (Broadway), The Tallest Tree in the Forest (BAM Harvey), On the Twentieth Century (Broadway), and You Can’t Take It With You (Broadway).

Daniel has consulted on sound systems for Cirque du Soleil, Franco Dragone Entertainment Group, and Universal Studios, among others, and toured the US as head of audio with An American in Paris and 42nd Street. BFA Carnegie Mellon. It’s grr-ific to be here!

Isabel Rubio

(Costume Designer)

A Mexican Costume Designer who resides in Brooklyn NY. Isabel is honored to be part of the FRC & Mills Entertainment Families.

Theatre Credits: King Stag, Syracuse University. Nathan is a scenic and properties designer from Portland, Oregon. He has designed for several companies including Portland Center Stage, Theatre Vertigo, Nesting House, Broadway Rose Theater, and Portland Actors Conservatory which also happens to be his Alma Mater. Nathan is excited to be joining the Daniel Tiger Tour!

Tom Helm

(Music Director)

On Broadway, Tom has music directed/conducted Souvenir (Florence Foster Jenkins), Les Miserables, Me and My Girl, Cats and Brigadoon (revival), and national tours of Cats and Me and My Girl.  He has been the resident musical director of Pittsburgh CLO for 21 seasons (@65 productions) and the Paper Mill Playhouse for 17 seasons (@55 productions).  He has musically supervised various national tour productions of Dora the Explorer, Diego, Rugrats and Madagascar, and was music director of the PBS production of Crazy For You, and the Showtime presentation of Mornings at Seven.

Justin Levy

Justin has been with Mills Entertainment for eight years. His twenty-four years of experience in the entertainment industry (marketing & publicity) has included stints with House of Blues Concerts, Comedy Works Entertainment, SFX Entertainment & Fey Concerts.

Samantha Statham

(Technical Director)

Samantha is excited to be returning once more to the Neighborhood as Technical Director and Lighting Director! Originally from Ashland, OH, she previously worked on the premiere tour of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood in the same position, HGTV presents The Scotts Brother House Party as Assistant Tour Manager and Lighting Director, Bring It Live! as the Assistant Production Manager, and The Dolan Twins 4OU Tour as Stage Manager and Technical Director. Ryan Harris

(Company Manager)

Most recently, Ryan toured with VStar Entertainment as Assistant Company Manager for Sesame Street Live. He also served as Associate Production Manager & Event Coordinator for Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus, Stage Manager for Busch Gardens Williamsburg, and Production Stage Manager for Chalk Repertory Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. Ryan also has many years of experience as a performer, including 6 years as a Puppeteer and Puppet Specialist at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA.

Becca Smith

(Stage Manager)

Becca is a NYC-based Stage Manager and technician originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Previously, she was the Stage Manager and Lighting Director for Odd Squad: Live! Most recently she has worked Off-Broadway at the Atlantic Theater Company (Derren Brown: Secret) and with Lesser America at Cherry Lane (in a word).

Jonathan Irizarry

(Audio Engineer/Assistant Technical Director)

Jonathan comes back to Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood from his home town of Lajas, Puerto Rico. After graduating from Full Sail University, Jonathan went on to be the Front of House Mixing Engineer and stage technician for various bands in Puerto Rico, including the Hip-Hop/Jazz Funk Fusion band Misa E’ Gallo. Jonathan runs his own recording studio in Puerto Rico called Haze Valley Recordings.

Jenn Rapp


Jenn is the current associate for The Illusionists with runs on Broadway for the past three years. Director/Choreographer for Norwegian Cruise Line’s Le Cirque Bijou and Prison Dancer at NYMF. She choreographed Community Works and Song for a Future Generation at Williamstown Theatre Festival. As an associate director to Stafford Arima, she worked on the MCP Lincoln Center concert productions of The Secret Garden and Ragtime.

Off-Broadway credits include Bare, Lucky Guy, Carrie and Indian Ink.

For companies such as Dreamworks, Nickelodeon and Disney Creative, she has traveled to numerous countries, directing original musicals from many popular cartoons.
